The Invisible Man
Chapter 24~26
As he was carrying on with the story, footsteps could be heard. The invisible man insisted that he see who is the person coming up the stairway. It was a police officer! Dr Kemp had sent them a letter. The invisible man immediately attempt to attack Dr Kemp. Before the police officer came up, the invisible man had escaped down the stairs with some clothes. "He's gone!" Dr Kemp said. The police sent out dogs and powdered glass, Preventing him from leaving the district. They also locked up all the food, forcing him to turn himself in.
