How Stress Push You Into The Danger Zone
A nurse was deeply stressed as the people around her was her world. If they were not happy, she would also feel unhappy. One day, when she was at home, she did not have the energy to do anything and had to take a month's leave. This is the description of a stressed out person. Who are the most at risk? Researchers have shown that people who teach, do social services, do medicine and nursing, does mental health and do law enforcement. I feel that stress is a very serious thing. We should not take it lightly. If it is serious, we should go for professional help and not do nothing about it.
