A girl's hand was trapped in an escalator in Orchard Road. The girl was playing around an escalator when her hand was stcuk in it. Her father was topping up a fare card while her moher was feeding her 15-month old brother when her hand was stuck. I feel that her parents should be looking after her daughter while going out or if their daughter get into trouble, it is their fault for neglecting their daughter.
